Vinyasa This energetic style of yoga is perfect for clients wanting to build strength and stamina.
Yin A slow type of yoga, Yin is best for those wanting to build flexibility and learn how to relax. During a Yin class, poses are held between 2-10 minutes in order to loosen the connective tissues. Yin is very beneficial for injurious and breaking up scar tissue.
Gentle Ideal for clients that need to work on flexibility and balance. A perfect counter to a rigorous work-out regime, and ideal for aging clients.
Slow Flow Slow, purposeful flows help link breath with movement while gently building strength, and gaining flexibility.
Prenatal A private in prenatal is beneficial through every stage of pregnancy, including the trying to get pregnant phase.
Post-natal Perfect for any mama wanting to work those areas affected by child-birth. With a strong focus on repairing the core and building upper body strength, you'll be in tip top mama shape in no time.
Mommy & Baby/ Mommy & Me Sometimes it's easier to let the yoga come to you! Mommy/ Baby uses the baby was a "weight" and is a great way to interact with baby while working the core. Mommy/Baby is best for newborns-15months. Wearing your baby is an even better way to get a great workout for Mommy! Mommy & Me includes the child in the yoga. Ideal for ages 3 and up, but can accommodate younger babies.
