Which Class is Right for You?
Warm Detox This practice emphasizes detoxing through deep twisting and balance. The warm temperature heals, detoxifies, and exhilarates the body and mind. Prepare to sweat as we move through the full range of postures, leaving you in a better place in your heart, mind, and body. This class is great for any level, beginner friendly.
Slow Flow Be prepared to move your body, linking movement with the breath. Slow Flow fall somewhere in between Restorative and Vinyasa. A slower pace allows the mind to calm, and the body to really feel the postures. Perfect for Beginner's, physical limitations, and those wanting to slow down a bit.
Vinyasa/ Yoga Also known as flow yoga, Vinyasa creates body awareness by linking movements with the breath. This style offer a good work and is great for building strength and stamina. It is great for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
Prenatal Prenatal yoga is ideal for all stages of pregnancy- from trying to post-natal. Prenatal yoga will teach you how to begin or modify a yoga practice. The postures will focus on breath work, balance, and upper body strength.
Postnatal Postnatal will help mommas get their core back. Participants should be at least 6 weeks postnatal or have doctor permission. The class will be vinyasa style with focus on core and upper body strength. Great for beginner's or yogis looking to jump back into their practice.
Mommy & Baby Mommy baby is best for mother's with newborns- 15months. The baby is used as a "weight." Mommy gets a great work-out while bonding with baby. Postures focus on core strength, upper body strength, and lots of giggles!
Yin A slow type of yoga, Yin is best for those wanting to build flexibility and learn how to relax. During a Yin class, poses are held between 2-10 minutes in order to loosen the connective tissues. Yin is very beneficial for injurious and breaking up scar tissue.
